Prices, terms and delivery times.

Usually we take care to make shipments by courier, otherwise the client may request the recall from our premises or by other means agreed. The cost of transport to courier in Italy is set at € 15.00 € 6.00 to which are added in case of cash payment.
These costs and other expenses related to transport and / or shipment of products are accounted for and detailed in the order confirmation and invoice. Upon receipt of the goods at home the Customer must verify the integrity of packages and correspondence with the quantitative and qualitative as indicated in the accompanying document. In case of discrepancies or differences, the Buyer shall make them accurately recorded in the transport document (note or consignment note) under penalty of forfeiture to assert their rights in this regard.
Delivery to the client correspond to 7 working days and reflect the information received by the courier, any delays or discrepancies can be attributed to the courier. Upon departure, the order will be sent to the customer an e-mail alert with all the data for tracking the shipment online.
Complaints and shipping delays.

The customer has the option to verbally communicate any problems (errors in delivery, misdelivery or late delivery) via telephone at the numbers listed at the bottom of the site or in writing using our forum for communication.
